Children welcome
- Children, babies and toddlers are welcome at the property.
- Please ensure that all children are included in the reservation. A baby crib and high chair are available upon request.
No events or parties allowed
- Parties, celebrations, bachelor/bachelorette events or similar gatherings are strictly prohibited.
The property is designed exclusively for peaceful holiday stays.
- Please respect the community and neighboring properties. Quiet hours are between 22:00 / 10:00pm and 08:00 / 8:00am.
- Smoking or vaping inside the property is strictly prohibited.
- Pets are not allowed, except certified service animals for guests with disabilities.
- Registered guests only
- Only guests included in the reservation are allowed to stay overnight at the property.
The villa accommodates a maximum of 4 guests and no extra beds are available.
- There cannot be more than 6 people at the property during daytime hours at any given time.
Respect for the property
- Please treat the villa and its furnishings with care and respect.
Additional guidelines:
• Shoes are not allowed inside the villa due to the delicate Venetian stucco flooring and finishes.
• Please avoid eating or drinking inside the bedrooms.
• Do not place hot pots or pans directly on kitchen countertops or bar surfaces.
• Please hold electrical outlets carefully when unplugging electronic devices.
Responsible use of air conditioning is required:
- Turn off AC when leaving the villa.
- Turn off AC when windows or doors are open.
Swimming pool & outdoor areas
- The swimming pool may not be used between 22:00 and 08:00.
- Nude swimming or sunbathing is strictly prohibited.
- The BBQ may only be used with charcoal. Wood burning is not permitted.
Cleaning & waste disposal
- Guests are expected to leave the property in a respectful condition upon departure.
Please:
• Remove all garbage before check-out.
• Wash used kitchenware and cookware.
• Avoid excessive dirt, stains or damage.
If the property is left in an excessively poor condition requiring deep cleaning, an additional cleaning fee starting from €160 will apply.
Community rules
- Guests agree to follow all community and residential guidelines displayed inside the property.
Fees & penalties
By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and accept the following charges:
• Smoking inside the property: €100 per day
• Unauthorized late check-out: €20
• Lost keys or lock replacement: €100
• Additional cleaning due to misuse or rule violations: from €160
Security & violations
Violation of the house rules may result in:
• Immediate termination of the reservation
• Removal from the property without refund
• Additional charges for damages, disturbances or compensation owed to future guests
If a violation causes cancellation discounts, refunds, or losses related to future reservations, the responsible guest agrees to cover all associated costs.
